Training topics include: introduction to mindfulness, stress management, active listening, cultivating kindness & compassion, presence in public speaking, mindful leadership, diversity & inclusion, cultivating creativity, working with difficult thoughts & emotions, mindful eating, integrating mindfulness into daily work & life.

All trainings are hands-on & highly experiential. Group size & format are flexible.

+ One-time: Full- or half-day retreat, ideal for large groups/companies

+ Series: 6 weekly sessions, ideal for small groups/teams  

+ Recurring: Weekly drop-in mindfulness sessions, good for everyone
